I have done this twice and both times receiving new email with new passwords and neither has worked. both times it says invalid username or password and i have entered this info. as it was sent in the emails.
Usernames and passwords are case sensitive, so make sure that they match exactly. Also confirm that there are no spaces after the username or password.
Your user account may have been disabled by one of your system administrators. Check with the System Administrator at your organization for more information.
