To export employee data (or to generate a roster of all active and/or inactive employees) from IndustrySafe, please follow the below steps:
System Functions > Employees > Employee Summary
To view ALL employees, leave all the fields blank and click the Search button. However, you can use the fields provided to refine your search (i.e. filtering for “Available” or “Archived” employees).
Once search results load, the page will display the number of results and an option to export your results to Excel. To do so click the “Export” button located at the top of the page. Using the tools within Excel, you can sort, filter and modify your employee roster.
NOTE: You can only export 500 records at a time. If you need to export more than that, please contact an IndustrySafe representative to adjust these settings.
