There are a number of Email Alerts that are sent out automatically based on set criteria defined in the System Functions module.

The following are a list of the available Email Alerts for the Home Module:

Task Email Alerts

  1. Assigned Task: Sent when Responsible Party is identified or changed
  2. Task Coming Due:Sent to the Responsible Party within [X] days of due date
  3. Task Overdue First Notice: Sent to the Responsible Party after [X] days of due date
  4. Task Overdue Second Notice: Sent to the Responsible Party after [X] days of due date
  5. Task Overdue Third Notice: Sent to the Responsible Party after [X] days of due date

Event Email Alerts

  1. Assigned Event: Sent when Responsible Party is identified or changed
  2. Event Coming Due: Sent to the Responsible Party within [X] days of event date
